Federal Defenders of San Diego is proud to host Andrew K. Nietor for an online presentation of the best alternative dispositions to minimize collateral consequences of federal criminal convictions as well as an overview of what actually happens when your client gets transferred to ICE custody. This will take place online at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15th via GoToMeeting.

Andrew is a former trial attorney with Federal Defenders of San Diego, Inc. and a current member of the So. Dist. of California Criminal Justice Act panel. He has his own firm (http://nietorlaw.com/

) where he specializes in criminal defense and immigration advocacy. Mr. Nietor is a member of the State Bar of California and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), as well as a chair of AILA's San Diego chapter. He has been a faculty member and lecturer for the Institute for Criminal Defense Advocacy (ICDA), the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), and for AILA at both its National and California Chapters Conferences.
